The Bogotá "Johnson & Johnson" office needed to improve the communication with their employees through the central bulletin board.
The solution was to design a very modern, attractive and non-conventional bulletin board. Everything was different in this board: the material was metal, the colors were bright to draw attention, magnets where used instead of pins, and the shape was asymmetrical instead of a simple rectangle.
As a result, the employee awareness increased, the communication with the employees improved and the company was very satisfied.
