El Rancho was a Recreational Development located 50 miles south of Bogotá. The houses where custom built based on one of three different floor plans available. The common areas had a lot recreational amenities like: swimming pools, ecological paths, tennis courts, BBQ area, micro-soccer field, etc...
It was a project with just a name. A full scale marketing campaign needed to be developed in order to launch this brand into the market.
After analyzing and studying the project, the first step was to design a logo that fully captured and transmitted the idea. Six alternatives were presented to the client and after several rounds of redesign, this one caught their attention.
Once the logo was chosen, it was then incorporated into all the material created as part of the marketing campaign: Stationary, Folder, Customer referrer form, brochure, cocktail invitations, etc..
A cocktail party was organized and coordinated as part of the efforts to launch the brand to the public.
As a result of this marketing campaign, the project was sold in its entirety
two months earlier than expected and the development became one of the most prestigious in the region. |
